Abstract

Während die globalen Temperaturen rasant ansteigen und die Anzeichen einer ökologischen Katastrophe bereits vielerorts Leid verursachen, verharrt unsere Gesellschaft im Narrativ, dieses Problem mit «grünem» Wirtschaftswachstum lösen zu können. Degrowth dagegen verlangt eine radikale Abkehr vom Wachstumsparadigma hin zu einem Wirtschaftssystem, das unabhängig von ständiger Expansion ein gutes Leben für alle ermöglicht.
