Pesca artesanal e conflitos costeiros e marinhos no litoral de São Paulo

Abstract

O relatório apresenta a sistematização de conflitos socioambientais costeiros e marinhos relacionados à atividade de pesca artesanal no litoral norte, centro e sul de São Paulo. O diagnóstico foi conduzido a partir de um formulário e oficinas participativas, mobilizando ao todo mais de uma centena de pessoas, entre pescadores(as), governo, representantes de comunidades tradicionais e sociedade civil organizada no âmbito do projeto FAPESP 2019/24416-8. Foram coletados 132 relatos de casos que se enquadravam em 12 categorias de conflitos. As oficinas apontaram os três conflitos prioritários para cada uma das regiões, sendo eles, Legislação e Fiscalização (sul, centro e norte), Manejo e Ordenamento Pesqueiro (sul e norte), Grandes empreendimentos (Centro e Norte), Regulamentação (Sul e Norte) e Poluição (Centro).
