Following the methodology described here: https://data.jrc.ec.europa.eu/dataset/d4d59b89-89f7-4275-801a-45ea8957e973 Each NetCDF contains a "solved" scenario with a different climate year that can be imported into PyPSA with `pypsa.Network.import_from_netcdf()`
