Abstract

Datasets used by the R code to generate analyses and figures for Goodman & Azimi et al 2022. This data is loaded/generated by the code repository for this project, accessible at DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.7062820. Pooled data for Figures 1-3, including read counts for all multiplexed measurements in Rdata format Arrayed CTV, Exhaustion panel, Differentiation panel - FCS files and Rdata objects Incucyte kinetic cytotoxicity measurements: raw data and Rdata objects DNA sequences for all constructs as annotated gbk files Metadata for scRNAseq (HTO assignments, ADT CITE-seq barcode assignments) Data does not include scRNAseq data, which is a separately stored on the SRA.
