Abstract

Vorliegender Projektbericht dokumentiert und evaluiert die Bedarfserhebung für das Projekt «administrative Unterstützung», welches von einer Studentin der Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit, im Frühlingssemester 2022, im Auftrag der Gemeinde Birmensdorf umgesetzt wurde. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob in der Gemeinde Birmensdorf und Umgebung, ein Bedarf an Bereitstellung von kostenlosem Zugang zu digitaler Infrastruktur und administrativer Unterstützung vorhanden ist. Die Bedarfserhebung wurde zwischen März und Mai 2022 anhand eines Pilotprojektes von der Projektleitung durchgeführt. Es resultierte ein Bedarf an administrativer Unterstützung sowie Bereitstellung von digitaler Infrastruktur in der Gemeinde Birmensdorf, besonders im Bereich von Bewerbungen. Das Evaluationsprojekt beinhaltete eine Voranalyse, die Planung und Umsetzung des Pilotprojektes vor Ort, sowie eine Gesamtevaluation mit Empfehlung an die Gemeindebehörde Birmensdorf, über die Rahmenbedingungen einer langfristigen Umsetzung eines Angebotes. Der Projektberichts leitet mit der Projektbegründung und -motivation, sowie fachlichen Auseinandersetzung mit der Ausgangslage und Problematik ein. Im Hauptteil werden die theoretische und projektmethodische Fundierung, sowie Ergebnissicherung festgehalten. Der Schlussteil des Projektberichtes erläutert die Schlussfolgerungen sowie Nachhaltigkeit des Projektes.
