La préparation à la création et le succès entrepreneurial, quelle relation ? : Cas des entreprises touristiques de la région de Tata

Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif l’explication de la relation entre le succès ou l’échec d’une entreprise et la préparation à la création, spécialement pour les entreprises touristiques dans la ville de TATA, en se basant sur les théories déjà existant sous forme de modèle tel que celui de Hannu Littunen (2000), de Lasch et al. (2005) et de Kessler (2007). Leurs travaux portent sur les déterminants du succès entrepreneurial. Suivant une démarche quantitative d’analyse des données, cette étude empirique effectuée pour un échantillon de 37 entreprises touristiques installées dans la ville de Tata a pu aboutir à des résultats constructifs. Pour traiter notre sujet, la première partie est consacrée au cadre théorique du phénomène c'est- à-dire l’explication de la relation entre la préparation à la création et le succès entrepreneurial ainsi explorer les indicateurs de mesure de succès de l’entreprise. La deuxième partie présente le modèle à tester et sa validation empirique et finalement, la présentation du cadre méthodologique avec discussions des résultats. C’est donc une manière d’investigation apte à mettre l’accent sur les perceptions des entrepreneurs quant aux valeurs de référence particulières à la région de TATA, à la façon dont le business plan influence la stratégie entrepreneuriale pour emmener l’entreprise vers la survie et le succès.
