This repo contains code with which all data parsing, collection and processing was performed. It should be self-contained, as all R objects were saved in /data/session_objs as .rds or .Rdata files. Plots can be produced if you like, but these directories are unpopulated to save space. Due to an issue with Git (i.e. accidental rollback of the late-stage code used to generate the COREAD heatmaps), the version of process_COREAD.R provided here does not have the full set of code for the visualisation. It does, however, have links to publications detailing the methods used to normalise data with IRS and CONSTANd, and an layout which represents how these plots were made.
