Abstract

Boletín Fármacos es un boletín electrónico de la organización Salud y Fármacos (https://www.saludyfarmacos.org/) que se publica cuatro veces al año: febrero, mayo, agosto y noviembre. El "Boletín Fármacos: Propiedad Intelectual" incluye información sobre la accesibilidad de los medicamentos, así como sobre las políticas y regulaciones que impiden el acceso a los medicamentos a precios asequibles y las respuestas a esos retos, abordando la relación de diferentes actores con la propiedad intelectual. Además, contiene datos de los tratados de libre comercio, la exclusividad en el mercado, las patentes y la protección de datos con exclusividad, entre otros. Este documento corresponde al 2022, Vol. 25, N°3.
