Our analysis for the manuscript, "Planning for climate migration in Great Lake Legacy Cities" uses county level spatial data from the FEMA National Risk Index (USFEMA, 2021) and the CDC SVI ranking system (ATSDR, 2018) in the form of shapefiles(.shp). To create the geovisualization, we used boundaries of the Great Lakes that are published here https://www.glc.org/greatlakesgis. All analysis was conducted using R (2020), with code that can be found here: https://derekvanberkel.github.io/Planning-for-climate-migration-in-Great-Lake-Legacy-Cities/ ATSDR. (2018).
