In this scientific article, the concept and features of delegated law-making will be considered. It should be noted that at the moment this legal category is the object of ambiguous discussions, discussions, scientific papers. In science, there are many opinions about its necessity and the properties of its application. Often, delegated law-making becomes very much in demand in practice when the highest representative body, concentrating legislative power in itself, cannot provide for absolutely all spheres of society and the state. Here there is a reason why it is necessary to delegate law-making powers to responsible state bodies. The development of legal and theoretical foundations of delegated law-making at the moment seems very relevant, which predetermined the existence of this study.
