Abstract

Processed perturbation experiments of human cells from KnockTF2 to easily benchmark methods and networks using decoupleR. The file Human Differential Expression of Genes was processed to extract a matrix of logFCs were experiments are rows and genes are columns. Their associated meta-data was downloaded from the Browse tab. Identifiers were unified to match both matrix and meta-data. I do not claim ownership of these data.
