Impact of Nucleic Acid Screening Measures on COVID-19 Transmission in Cities of Different Scales and Assessment of Related Testing Resource Demands-Evidence from China

Abstract

为更好地控制现有条件下的COVID-19疫情,本研究模拟了核酸检测对我国不同人口规模城市COVID-19传播的影响,评估了疫情不同情景下的重点实验室检测人员、对物质资源的需求,为实施核酸筛查措施提供决策依据, 应急物资的动态配置,人力资源的配置。根据新型冠状病毒的传播特点和中国目前的防控策略,假设有4种疫情情景,构建了SVEAIiQHR模型,对4种情景下不同人口规模城市的COVID-19感染人数进行分析和预测,并评估对实验室检测资源的需求。无论是全员还是区域核酸筛查,疫情规模都可以大幅缩小。在不同的预防和控制策略下,实验室检测的资源需求差异很大。实施有效的非药物干预措施和核酸筛查措施可以大大减少实验室检测的资源需求。不同人口规模、医疗资源水平不同的城市或地区,要根据疫情后的具体情况,灵活实施防疫措施,尽快评估实验室检测资源和人力资源需求,做好物资配置和人员储备和募捐准备工作。
