HippUnfold HCP-YA Training Data

Abstract

Hippocampal Tissue segmentations, T1w, T2w, and mean DWI b1000 images in upsampled 0.3mm left and right bounding boxes around the hippocampus. Subjects are from the HCP-1200 Young Adult dataset. These data were used to train the current HippUnfold U-net segmentation models. Unzip all the zip files, folders will be created for the labelmaps, T1w, T2w, and b1000 images for each hemisphere and subject. Left hipp labels are already L-R flipped to the right side.
