This repository contains reconstructed µCT scans acquired at the SOLEIL synchrotron facility which were analyzed in the above mentioned publication. The first set of scans shows mouse kidney biopsies. One representative scan from the control group as well as one representative scan from the Gentamycin-treated group are available for download. Along with the reconstructed µCT images, a set of 5 segmentation masks is provided for each µCT scan. Each segmentation mask was generated manually and separates one specific glomerulus from the other tissue and background. The data is provided at the original (high) resolution, but cropped to the region of interest to minimize the memory footprint. In addition a binned version (resolution halved in each dimension using bilinear interpolation, done in ImageJ) of the entire µCT scan as well as the segmentation masks are provided. The second set of scans shows zebrafish (Dario rerio) larvae. One representative scan from the control group as well as one representative scan from the Gentamycin-treated group are available for download. Along with the reconstructed µCT images, a segmentation mask is provided for each µCT scan. The segmentation masks were generated manually and separate the zebrafish larvae's [kidney tubule] from the rest of the tissue and background. The data is provided at the original (high) resolution, but cropped to the region of interest to minimize the memory footprint. In addition a binned version (resolution halved in each dimension using bilinear interpolation, done in ImageJ) of the entire µCT scan as well as the segmentation masks are provided.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
