Gunshot/Gunfire Audio Dataset

Abstract

This dataset presents a multi-firearm, multi-orientation gunshot/gunfire audio dataset collected using several edge devices positioned in and around an outdoor firearm range. This dataset will aid researchers who are interested in the task of gunshot detection, firearm classification, and direction of arrival, thereby helping advance the capabilities of Internet-of-Battlefield-Things (IoBT) systems.
