ABSTRACT. Unul dintre cele mai importante aspecte în sistemul managerial al organizațiilor este conducerea lor eficientă. Aceasta implică leadership-ul managerial care se referă la organizație în ansamblul ei, și implică un comportament de leadership evident la toate nivelurile, în toate compartimentele structurale, precum și în toate procesele organizaționale. Liderii de la toate nivelele stabilesc unitatea dintre scop și orientare și creează condițiile necesare pentru implicarea în realizarea obiectivelor prestabilite. Pentru a atinge o performanță în acest sens este importantă comunicarea organizațională reflectată prin analiza stilului comportamental comunicativ și climatul general în care această se desfășoară. În articol este realizată o privire per ansamblu asupra modelului de leadership managerial și interferența acestuia cu stilurile de comunicare în vederea identificării modului de influențare a proceselor de conducere a organizațiilor contemporane. În felul acesta, apare necesitatea de a evidenția factorii, tehnicile şi principiile care influențează procesul de formare a abilităților comunicative manageriale. Eficacitatea comunicării este un aspect fundamental al performanței manageriale.
