Bituminaria bituminosa (L.) C. H. Stirt. Genotiplerinin Farklı Gelişme Dönemlerinde Kaba Yem Kalitesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Bituminoria bituminosa (L.) (Bb) genotiplerinin tomurcuklanma ve çiçeklenme dönemlerinde bazı kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın bitkisel materyalini Samsun, Kastamonu ve Sinop illerinden toplanan 85 genotip arasından üstün hat olarak seçilen 56 numaralı (41° 18' 39.0'' N ve 36° 20' 02.5' E, Samsun/Merkez) genotip ve İspanya’dan getirilen genotipler arasından üstün hat olarak seçilen A1 ve A3 numaralı 2 edet hat oluşturmuştur. Bb’da sert tohum kabuğu bulunaktadır. Bu nedenle tohumlar zımparalandıktan sonra ilk önce viyollere daha sonra da sıra aralığı 70x70 cm olacak şekilde araziye şaşırtılmıştır. Çalışmada ham protein, asit deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (ADF), nötr deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (NDF), potasyum (K), fosfor (P), kalsiyum, (Ca), magnezyum (Mg), toplam fenolik, toplam flavonoid, radikal kovucu aktivite (DPPH) ve kondanse tanen içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, ham protein oranı %12.97-23.14, ADF oranı %20.42-32.49, NDF oranı %31.11-44.25, K oranı %1.80-2.99, P oranı %0.31-0.41, Ca oranı %1.23-1.40, Mg oranı %0.31-0.44, toplam fenolik içeriği 5.22-10.22 mg GA/g, toplam flavonoid içeriği 0.40-0.70 mg QE/g, DPPH içeriği %69.26-86.96 ve kondanse tanen içeriği ise %0.54-1.01 arasında değişmiştir. Sonuç olarak, genotipler arasında 56 numara, hasat zamanları arasında ise tomurcuklanma dönemi diğer işlemlere göre daha üstün olmuştur. Ayrıca ülkemiz doğal florasında oldukça yaygın bulunan Bituminaria bituminosa genotiplerinde belirlenen bu bileşikler hayvan sağlığı ve beslenmesi açısından yeterli olup, ileride yapılacak çalışmalara ışık tutacak niteliktedir.
