This upload contains the NLM indexer assignment dataset which is described in “The NLM indexer assignment dataset: a new large-scale dataset for reviewer assignment research” by Alastair R. Rae, James G. Mork, and Dina Demner-Fushman. Contractor_Indexer_Assignments.txt is a pipe delimited file and each line is a record of an article-indexer assignment. Articles are identified by PubMed identifiers (PMIDs) and each indexer is identified by a number. Lines in the file have the following format: "PMID|Indexer Number".
