Abstract

Ausgewählte Befunde aus den jährlichen Erhebungen in Koordinierten Programmen Im Rahmen der jährlichen Erhebungen in Koordinierten Programmen erfragt die DFG Daten der Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler, die an der Forschung in den von ihr geförderten Exzellenzclustern mitwirken. Auf Basis dieses Datenbestands legen die vorliegenden Berichte den Fokus auf drei Themenbereiche: Die Verteilung nach Geschlecht, den Beschäftigungsort vor Eintritt in den Verbund sowie die Finanzierung der beteiligten Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler. Die Ergebnisse werden jeweils differenziert betrachtet: Die dargestellten Zeitreihen bilden die Entwicklung der letzten drei Jahre ab und umfassen damit auch die Jahre der Corona-Pandemie. Bei allen Unterschieden zwischen den Förderprogrammen und Karrierestufen der Forschenden sind manche Tendenzen vergleichbar. Trotz Pandemie-Bedingungen wächst beispielsweise die Beteiligung von aus dem Ausland kommenden Promovierenden in den Forschungsprojekten an. Eine Differenzierung nach den vier DFG-Wissenschaftsbereichen zeigt, wo disziplinspezifische Besonderheiten im Berichtsjahr 2021 liegen. Zum Beispiel ist die Beteiligung von Promovierenden aus dem Ausland in den Lebenswissenschaften besonders hoch, unter den Postdoktorandinnen und -doktoranden ist dies in den Naturwissenschaften der Fall.
