Abstract

Modified versions of the SLATE library with implementations of threshold pivoting in the LU factorization. The file threshold-1-layer.tar.gz contains code for avoiding inter-process data movement. And, the file threshold-2-layer.tar.gz contains code for avoiding both intra- and inter-process data movement. The file results.tar.gz contains the raw logs and formatted results for the experiments discussed in our paper. It also includes a submission script for the Summit supercomputer describing our experimental setup.
