Naxalism: Causes and Solutions

Abstract

Defense system under political system. Naxalism is a problem that adversely affects human values, etc. The direction of the Naxalite movement has gone astray. The basis of this will not be Maoist or Marxist thought but it has become a movement based on violence. The purpose of which is public welfare has been destroyed. The Naxalite movement started in 1967 in Naxalwari in Siliguri district of West Bengal. Naxalism got its name from the name of this village. Naxalism was initially led by Charu Majumdar and Kanu Sanyal in Naysalwari village with farmers and bailiffs in 1967.
