he area of work of a social worker is the surrounding society and individuals from many fields! Being able to successfully interact with all of them becomes an integral part of his personality. Interpersonal skills occupy a very important place when considering the important aspects of the personality of a social worker - as a socially oriented personality. The success of any social work depends on the interpersonal skills possessed by any social worker. The more interpersonal skills are developed, the more advanced the social worker will be! Therefore, it is useful to have a theoretical knowledge study and practice of various types of interpersonal skills. Along with all these issues, the development of interpersonal skills and the factors hindering this development are discussed in this article.
