Abstract

Ide dasar penelitian dan penulisan buku ini berangkat dari kondisi obyektif suatu organisasi, dimana sistem kerja organisasi pada kelompok kerja (teamwork) yang terdiri dari beberapa departemen atau unit kerja rentan memicu munculnya berbagai kepentingan individu dalam tim tersebut. Oleh karena itu disamping konflik individu yang mempengaruhi kepuasan individu dalam tim kerja ada beberapa faktor lain yang berpengaruh yaitu pengetahuan terhadap tugas dan tanggungjawab, komitmen dan kekuasaan individu dalam tim.
