Ide dasar penelitian dan penulisan buku ini berangkat dari kondisi obyektif suatu organisasi, dimana sistem kerja organisasi pada kelompok kerja (teamwork) yang terdiri dari beberapa departemen atau unit kerja rentan memicu munculnya berbagai kepentingan individu dalam tim tersebut.
