Abstract

Com o avanço da tecnologia em todos os setores da sociedade, inclusive na Educação, surgem novas formas de ensino e o uso de outras ferramentas mais prioritárias do que as tradicionais apostilas. Além disso, os alunos não são os mesmos. Nascidos em um contexto digital e em um mundo que tem pressa, eles esperam por um ensino diferente e mais interessante. Por essa razão, os desafios de ser professor nos dias atuais são muito maiores, o que torna necessário conhecer esses desafios para se preparar e superá-los, a fim de continuar a missão de ensinar. As dificuldades já existiam no passado, mas os desafios de ser professor nos dias atuais são outros e muito mais exigentes. Afinal, o mundo está mudando e cobrando que professores, gestores e alunos se adaptem rapidamente. Dessa forma, é importante que o professor esteja pronto para buscar soluções e vencer essas situações, de modo a assumir o seu papel de educador com mais qualidade. Desta forma, esta publicação tem como um dos objetivos, garantir a reunião e visibilidade destes conteúdos científicos por meio de um canal de comunicação preferível de muitos leitores. Este e-book conta com trabalhos científicos de diferentes áreas da Educação, contabilizando contribuições de diversos autores. É possível verificar a utilização de muitas metodologias de pesquisa aplicadas, assim como uma variedade de objetos de estudo.
