Abstract

Le présent article évalue l'ensemble des contrats d'assurance optimaux au sens de Pareto et le cœur d'un jeu d'assurance. L’approche adoptée permet à plusieurs assureurs de profiter d’une réassurance, avec des préférences invariantes, qui couvre les risques industriels majeurs en cas de survenance. Nous caractérisons les traités Pareto-optimaux, qui déterminent la forme des indemnités. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté le cas du Liban : la double explosion du port de Beyrouth. Des solutions sous forme fermée et numériques sont trouvées pour diverses préférences que les acteurs de l'assurance pourraient avoir. Ces contrats optimaux robustes sont étudiés et nous, ce qui est un problème clé de prise de décision dans l'incertitude. Aux fins de la pratique, notre échantillon se compose de trois compagnies d’assurance, qui envisagent la conclusion d’un traité d’échange de risques. Nous montrons comment déterminer les contrats de réassurance optimaux au sens de Pareto mutuellement acceptables parmi ceux disponibles, de sorte que l’objectif des compagnies en termes de création de valeur peut être atteint dans le cadre des contrats de réassurance optimaux au sens de Pareto mutuellement acceptables.
