The subject of the study includes theoretical and applied aspects of the transformation of social and labor relations under the influence of labor external migration of the population which has acquired the signs of systematicity and is growing. The purpose of this article is the structuring of social and labor relations by the levels of implementation, analysis of migration flows that are formed with the participation of Ukraine, the dynamics of their change, providing recommendations for the transformation of social and labor relations to streamline the migration processes. Methodology of work. The method of system-structural analysis (in the analysis of levels of social and labor relations and the links between them); statistical, comparisons and generalizations (in identifying problems resulting from the transformation of social and labor relations). Results of research. Social and labor relations are an integral part of social relations. The realization of social and labor relations takes place with the help of tools that are formed at the global, institutional, managerial, technical levels. The labor migration is a systemic phenomenon of the modern world. The number of labor emigrants in Ukraine tends to increase. The reason for labor migration is the difference in the systems of social and labor relations that have developed in different countries. Considering the irreversibility of losses from labor emigration, the transformation of social and labor relations becomes necessary in order to ensure the continuity of the social consequences of human labor function, regardless of the place of its implementation. The main directions of the transformation of social and labor relations are the preservation of industrial ties, the preservation of social ties, the raising of the social and labor relations standards. At each level of formation of social and labor relations there are defined the tasks which can be solved using the tools of the corresponding level. Conclusions. As result of research an analysis of the global, institutional, managerial, technical level of implementation of social and labor relations has been conducted; the migration flows formed with participation of Ukraine have been analysed, the reasons and dynamics of their changes have been defined, the directions of transformation of social and labor relations have been established, problems have been classified by implementation levels of realization of social and labor relations.
