Ergebnisse der Umfrage zur Digitalisierung der Hochschulen

Abstract

Die Ergebnisse der im Februar 2022 durchgeführten Umfrage unter den deutschen Hochschulen wurden mit diesem Foliensatz in nationalen Gremien der Kanzler:innen, CIO und IT-Leitungen vorgestellt. Die Präsentation stellt die Ausgangslage, Fragestellung und Methodik der Studie vor. Die Analysen der 172 Datensätze von 123 Hochschulen zeigen die Einschätzungen vom aktuellen und zukünftig angestrebten Stand der Digitalisierung. Organisatorische, technische und kulturelle Faktoren und deren Zusammenhang mit der Einschätzung vom Digitalisierungsgrad wurden untersucht und erläutert. Eine Übersicht der Digitalisierungsintensität über alle Fähigkeitsbereiche der Hochschulen wird durch die Anwendung der Higher Education Reference Models (HERM) erstmals konsistent aggregiert und dargestellt. Die Werkzeuge und deren Wirkung auf die Digitalisierung sowie die Anwendbarkeit standardisierter Managementmodelle wurden analysiert und nach Wichtigkeit geordnet. Eine Darstellung der notwendigen Voraussetzung zur Umsetzung erfolgreicher Kooperation zwischen Hochschulen ergänzt die Analyse zu geeigneten Kandidaten der Kooperation. Eine Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse in Kernaussagen schließt die Präsentation ab.
