Checkliste – Mess- und Datenplanung für das maschinelle Lernen in der Montage

Abstract

Um das große Potential der künstlichen Intelligenz bzw. des maschinellen Lernens in der Industrie, und speziell in der Montage, voll auszuschöpfen, spielt die Qualität der Daten eine maßgebende Rolle. Die hier bereitgestellte Checkliste soll industrielle Anwender, speziell im Mittelstand, bei der Aufnahme qualitativ hochwertiger Daten unterstützen, um so den Aufwand beim Analysieren zu minimieren und die Aussagekraft der Ergebnisse zu steigern. Sie dient zur Unterstützung bei der Planung eines Projektes zur Nutzung von Maschinellem Lernen an einer vorhandenen Montageanlage (Brownfield). Im Fokus stehen daher nicht die Neuanschaffung einer Anlage oder die Datenplanung für Prototypen in der Produktentwicklung. Dennoch kann die Checkliste auch eine Orientierung für diese Anwendungsfälle bieten. Sie verfolgt den Ansatz, durch die Einbringung von Fachwissen möglichst gezielt valide Daten aufzuzeichnen und übersichtlich bereitzustellen. Aufgrund der hohen Vielfalt verfügbarer maschineller Lernmethoden wird die Datenanalyse im Rahmen dieses Dokumentes nur auf einem grundlegenden Niveau behandelt. Die primären Zielgruppen dieser Checkliste sind produzierende KMUs und Großbetriebe.
