Abstract

Aqlli shahar kontseptsiyasi butun dunyo bo'ylab juda tez rivojlanmoqda, chunki u shahar tizimlarining samaradorligi va xavfsizligini oshiradigan va shaharlarni rivojlantirishda fuqarolarning ishtirokini kuchaytiradigan keng qamrovli raqamli muhitni ta'minlaydi. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda GATga asoslangan va aqlli shahar kontseptsiyasi talablari asosida korporativ geografik axborot tizimini yaratish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar, jumladan shaxarlarning raqamli egizaklarini yaratish bo’yicha olib borilayotgan loyiha natijalari bayon etilgan. Loyihaning maqsadi 3D xaritalar, rejalar va hududlarni fazoviy tahlil qilish va rejalashtirish uchun zarur bo'lgan ma'lumotlarni to'plash, shahar bosh rejalari va tuman bosh rejalarini yuritish va ta'minlash uchun Raqamli Egizak (Digital Twin) kontseptsiyasini joriy etish orqali GATga asoslangan korporativ tizimini yaratish, bundan tashqari hududiy rayonlashtirish, yerdan foydalanish va rivojlantirish qoidalari, qurilish normalari va qoidalari, qurilish, foydalanish, ta'mirlash va ta'mirlash jarayonini nazorat qilishdan iborat. Hozirda ArcGIS City Engine, ArcGIS Pro, Image Analyst, 3D Analyst, ArcGIS Enterprise \ AGOL kabi Esri mahsulot yechimlari asosida Toshkent shahri Raqamli Egizagining dastlabki versiyasi yaratilmoqda.
