Abstract

Introdução: A equipe multidisciplinar é imprescindível em um tratamento oncológico e abrange vários profissionais atuando de forma multidisciplinar e interdisciplinar e muitas vezes existe a possibilidade de lesões relacionados ao trabalho denominada de LER/DORT Objetivos: Avaliar as características gerais dos profissionais atuantes em equipes multiprofissionais referindo-se a ergonomia e ao acumulo de lesões Metodologia: O artigo é uma revisão sistemática seguindo as diretrizes do prisma originada da pergunta norteadora: quais as regiões do corpo mais afetadas e os profissionais de equipes multiprofissionais mais atingidos? O processo constitui em utilizar os descritores nas seguintes bases de dados: Pubmed, PEDro e BVS. Nos critérios de inclusão estão os ensaios clínicos e os estudos transversais e exclui-se artigos de revisão sistemática, meta-analise, pelo título do estudo e o resumo fora do proposto. Na avaliação metodológica usou-se a Escala PEDro no ensaio clínico e o JBI nos estudos transversais. Resultados: 139 artigos foram encontrados e após a aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade, 6 estudos são inclusos. Cinco estudos são transversais e apenas um é um ensaio clínico. Os profissionais mais encontrados foram os enfermeiros seguido dos técnicos, fisioterapeutas e nutricionistas e as regiões mais acometidas estão a região lombar, cervical e membros superiores. Conclusão: Os profissionais que mais são atingidos por lesões no trabalho nas equipes multiprofissionais tem esforços no contato com o paciente exigindo uma carga em diferentes partes do corpo contribuindo com os sintomas de dores nos mesmos.
