Recursos Humanos e relações de gênero: uma análise dos indicadores de Direitos Humanos no Centro Paula Souza

Abstract

Resumo: A igualdade de gênero deve ser considerada um direito humano fundamental que garante às mulheres que elas tenham as mesmas oportunidades, rendimentos, direitos e obrigações que os homens, em todas as áreas de trabalho, e que possam usufruir das mesmas condições, sejam elas no acesso à educação ou com oportunidades de emprego. No cenário profissional, as instituições carregam grandes responsabilidades quanto à promoção de boas práticas que consolidem a igualdade e equidade de gênero. Nesse sentido, essa iniciação científica irá aplicar os indicadores de gênero e de direitos humanos no Centro Paula Souza. A partir das abordagens presentes nas diretrizes da Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), buscamos identificar ações na instituição que promovam a igualdade de gênero, analisando os impactos que a instituição possui na sociedade. Dessa forma, visamos debater questões de gênero e analisar os efeitos da desigualdade de poder entre homens e mulheres no mercado de trabalho; especialmente, compreender como tais relações se apresentam no estudo de caso do Centro Paula Souza.
