Abstract

SOCIAL SYSTEM: ESSENCE, STRUCTURAL FORMS AND PROPERTIES / N. A. RYTOVA // Collection of scientific works of the series “Public administration». Issue 26 : ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT FOLK ECONOMY. – Donetsk : SEE HPE "DAMPA", 2022. - Р. 127-138. The concept of a system whose integrative integrity is ensured by a complex of elements and their relationships has been clarified. It is substantiated that the criterion of homogeneity of their properties makes it possible to distinguish systems in reality. It is argued that the integrative integrity of the system is provided by heterogeneous subsystems and their homogeneous elements and relationships, which in a social system can be both artificial and natural. Their elements are connected by heterogeneous and homogeneous relations regarding the provision of the vital activity of individuals. It is substantiated that the essence of the social system of human society is manifested in economic, political and cultural forms. Their structure is formed by the corresponding institutions. They regulate relations between them and their elements with the help of institutions in the form of formal and informal norms and rules.
