A summary version of data requirements for the heritage sector of a recent extensive data programme. There is some reference to spectrum 5.0 as a de facto standard in asset management, although this was a complex topic for some of the more traditional data architects to accept. A range of actual and potential data fields for consideration based on 'as-is' and 'to-be' elicitation from the client. Some suggestions for Use Cases specific to Heritage BIM users are at the top right of the plan. Metadata proved challenging for the client, so several sample schemes and suggestions are here. There is some BIM overlap into semantic information levels as debate continues over levels of information need. Risks and issues are also highlighted.
