One of the urgent problems of modern dentistry is the restoration of the functional and aesthetic parameters of the dentoalveolar system with complete and partial loss of teeth, when a significant number of teeth have been lost and it is not possible to restore the integrity of the dentition with fixed structures and clasp prostheses. In these cases, there is a need for prosthetics with removable lamellar structures. The results of the study showed that the designs of removable dentures with fixation on implants are more prognostically favorable for the preservation of periodontal tissues than a conventional complete removable lamellar denture.
