Abstract

Resumen La sociedad del conocimiento reconoce la velocidad e interconectividad global como premisas del desempeño empresarial competitivo. Se transita hacia un modelo de empresa 4.0, que apuesta por la inteligencia y gestión del conocimiento (intangibles) mediante tecnologías disponibles (grandes bases de datos-Bigdata; Internet de las cosas-IoT; Inteligencia Artificial-IA, inteligencia de máquina o aprendizaje automático; minería de datos o data mining-DM; cómputo en la nube y la niebla, entre otras). La industria cubana requiere transformaciones profundas para responder a este modelo, a la actualización económica y social del país, así como a la gestión de gobierno orientada a la innovación. Este artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre bases teórico metodológicas para un sistema de información de intangibles del desarrollo empresarial. Se apoya en la revisión bibliográfica y su contribución práctica es dotar a la empresa de referentes de partida para el diseño de sistemas automatizados de información y gestión de intangibles. Abstract The knowledge society recognizes speed and global interconnectivity as premises for competitive business performance. It is moving towards a 4.0 business model, which is committed to intelligence and knowledge management (intangibles) through available technologies (Bigdata; Internet of things-IoT; Artificial Intelligence-AI, machine learning; data mining-DM; computing in the cloud and fog, among others). The Cuban industry requires profound transformations to respond to this model, to the economic and social updating of the country, as well as to innovation-oriented government management. The objective of this article is to reflect on the theoretical and methodological bases for an information system of intangibles of business development. It is based on the bibliographic review and its practical contribution is to provide the company with starting references for the design of automated information systems and intangible management.
