Abstract

2011-ben a női munkaadók diszkrét, de hatékony lobbija közbenjárására törvénybe iktatták, hogy a nők és a férfiak közel egyenlő arányban vegyenek részt a francia nagyvállalatok vezető testületeiben. Az üzletasszonyok közeli kapcsolata a kormánnyal ellehetetlenítette a nők jogaiért harcoló feminista civil szervezetek helyzetét, viszont javított az alkalmazottak jogaival keveset törődő multinacionális cégek imázsán.
