In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the search for ways to rebuild the economy has intensified. However, the Western mainstream turned out to be clearly unable to offer a paradigm for the development of economic knowledge adequate to the realities. A systemic crisis has developed in economic theory, today there is an almost total a critique of the mainstream that continues to define the content of textbooks. Changing the paradigm framework for the development of economic theory requires the rejection of its value-neutral interpretation, which caused an anti-ethical revolution in the last century, and the development of strategies for studying the economy as a complex system, the behavior of whose subjects is determined by their ethical attitudes.
