Abstract

E10 and E11 mouse embryonic eye region dbit-seq data demonstrated in Liu, Yang, et al. “High-spatial-resolution multi-omics sequencing via deterministic barcoding in tissue.” Cell 183.6 (2020): 1665-1681. The data are processed using the original pipeline and then imputed by ALRA.
