HAYVONLAR UCHUN OMUXTA YEM TAYYORLASHDA BALIQ CHIQINDILARINI KIMYOVIY TAHLIL QILISH

Abstract

Dunyoda aholi sonining tez suratlar bilan ko'payishi oziq ovqat mahsulotlariga bo`lgan extiyojning oshishiga olib kelmoqda. Xususan ozuqa oqsillari etishmovchiligining oshishi, baliq xom ashyosini chuqurroq qayta ishlash texnologiyasini joriy qilish zaruriyatini tug`diradi. Baliqlarni chuqur qayta ishlashda jarayonida 3,5-6% gacha baliq tangachalari chiqindi sifatida hosil bo'ladi, ular asosiy tarkibi kollagendan iborat bo`ladi.
