Matlab scripts to analyze EEG data generated by the Neuralynx system and the Tucker-Davis Technologies (TDT) system. Semi-automated sleep scoring is performed with a trained convolutional neural network (CNN). Library files from Neuralynx and TDT are needed to load the raw data. Matlab 2019 and higher versions are needed for the CNN method.
