Le Management autoritaire dans les établissements d'enseignement Supérieur au Maroc: Mythe ou Réalité?

Abstract

Notre article dans sa quête d’objectivité et surtout d’apporter une valeur ajoutée à l’édifice de la connaissance dans le domaine du management des organisations publiques, notamment les organisations dans le secteur de l’enseignement supérieur, nous avons cherché, via l’analyse des différents travaux et études effectuées particulièrement au Maroc, à comprendre, et obtempérer aux mécanismes d’interrelation entre la pratique d’un style de management autoritaire qui pourrait prendre plusieurs formes qui peuvent être en parfaite contradiction avec les codes d'éthique et de déontologie reconnu, et la présence d’un certain nombre de caractéristiques de divers dimensions ( culturelles, liées à la personnalité du manager, contextuelles…). Notre apport consiste à bien repérer ces dimensions présumées dans la revue de littérature du management. Bien évidemment, l’intérêt de ce travail n’est pas de justifier un tel style ou de favoriser un style sur un autre mais de contribuer à l’explication de la réalité du management des EES au Maroc.
