Abstract

Pasterizatsiya - suyuq ovqatni saqlash jarayoni. Dastlab u mahalliy sharoblarni tozalash bilan kurashish uchun qo'llanilgan. Bugungi kunda bu jarayon asosan sut mahsulotlariga nisbatan qo'llaniladi. Ushbu maqolada sut maxsulotlarining pasterizatsiyalash usuli haqidagi maʼlumotlar yigʻiladi, uning maqsadlari, turlari, ishlab chiqarish jarayoni haqida fikr va mulohazalar qilinadi.
