En este contexto, como parte de las actividades del proyecto W-STEM, la UTFSM desarrolla el programa de Mentorías, como una red formada por profesores y estudiantes mujeres para apoyar a las estudiantes de primer año y fomentar su permanencia. Esta red busca ser una compañía constante durante todo el año, con reuniones periódicas y actividades temáticas.
