[Changes from the previous version V2] 1. Figure numbers were changed due to manuscript revision. V2 V3 (this version) Figure1.csv Figure4.csv Figure2.csv Figure5.csv Figure3b.xlsx Figure6.xlsx Figure4a-XRD.xlsx Figure3a-XRD.xlsx Figure4b-EDX.xlsx Figure3b-EDX.xlsx The R--T data (Figure4.csv) for the fourth cooling process from 300 K to 125 K could not be obtained, because of an annoying maintenance procedure for the PPMS. From 125 K, the measurement was continued. A source of a small vertical resistance offset confirmed in Figure4.csv, which started to appear by repeating temperature cycles, is not well understood yet. The offset is seemingly related to the dynamics of magnetic vortices that should emerge in the voids each time the PnM sample underwent the superconducting transition. 2. Raw data for the supplementary material were newly added: FigureS1.csv -- FigureS8.csv. FigureS1.csv includes Figure4.csv. FigureS3.csv, During the ninth cooling process at 89 K, the PPMS was once powered down, and the temperature automatically increased to 110 K. From 110 K, the measurement was continued. FigureS7.csv, In the middle of the third cooling process to the end of the sixth warming process, the resistance was lost because of disconnection of bonded wires. Prior to the seventh cycle, they were repaired. After the 9th cycle finished, the samples were taken out of the PPMS and were kept in a laboratory environment. Two weeks later, subsequent 10--17th R--T cycles were performed with an excitation current changed from 10 uA to 100 uA.
All raw data for the paper entitled "High temperature superconductivity arising in a metal sheet full of holes" are deposited here, together with the GDSII file used for the sample patterning.
