Abstract

XXI asrda, davlatlar oʼrtasidagi munosabatlar istiqbolini belgilashda davlatlar va mintaqalarni bir-biri bilan bogʼlashga xizmat qiluvchi transport yoʼlagini barpo etish loyihalarining ahamiyati ortib borayotgani ochiq-oydin nomoyon boʼlmoqda. Аyniqsa, pandemiya davrida davlatlararo ikki tomonlama munosabatlar murakkablashib borayotganini, mazkur vaziyatda mamlakatlar oʼrtasidagi transport sohasidagi hamkorlik aloqalarni yanada faollashtirish va mavjud mammolarni bartaraf etishni davrning oʼzi mintaqa davlatlari uchun oʼzaro aloqalarni yanada jadallashtirishni ustuvor vazifa sifatida qoʼyamoqda. Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti Shavkat Mirziyoevning tabiri bilan aytganda, “Hozirgi kunda Markaziy Osiyoni Hind okeani bilan bogʼlaydigan Transafgʼon transport yoʼlagini barpo etish borasida dastlabki amaliy qadamlarni tashladik. Bu loyihaning roʼyobga chiqarilishi butun mintaqamizda barqarorlik va iqtisodiy oʼsishni taʼminlashda beqiyos xizmatqiladi”.
