Abstract

En la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso se desarrollaron durante el año 2021 dos programas de mentoría, dentro del proyecto europeo W-STEM, uno dirigido por la Unidad de Inclusión y Género de la universidad en las carreras de ingeniería con menos participación femenina según datos reportados por la Dirección de Análisis Institucional(programa 1) y el otro realizado en la Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial, cuya participación femenina de ha mantenido inferior a 35% en la última década(programa 2).
