PRÁCTICA DE VALORES PARA MEJORAR LA CONVIVENCIA ENTRE ADULTOS SIGNIFICATIVOS DE NIÑAS Y NIÑOS HOSPITALIZADOS

Abstract

Con la hospitalización de un hijo o hija, se produce un trastorno en la vida familiar y una desorganización de los padres, no logrando controlar sus sentimientos, lo que produce un cambio en su comportamiento. De allí que esta investigación tuvo como propósito aplicar herramientas formativas y reflexivas para mejorar la convivencia de los adultos significativos que acompañan a las niñas y niños hospitalizados en el Servicio de Pediatría del Hospital Universitario “Dr. Pedro Emilio Carrillo” ubicado en el municipio Valera, estado Trujillo, donde participó el personal que labora en ese servicio médico y los adultos significativos o acompañantes de las niñas y niños. Se inició el trabajo con la elaboración del Diagnóstico Participativo, arrojando como problema conflictos entre los adultos significativos o acompañantes de las niñas y niños hospitalizados. Se orientó la investigación dentro del Paradigma crítico reflexivo y como método la Investigación Acción Participativa, en sus fases de Planificación, Ejecución y Evaluación. Se elaboró y ejecutó un plan de intervención contentivo de cuatro (4) talleres, una actividad recreativa a nivel de sensibilización, reflexión, concienciación, formación y acción y la donación de mobiliario para los pequeños pacientes con el propósito de mejorar el problema planteado. Durante la ejecución de las actividades se realizó la co-construcción de saberes interactivos entre los coinvestigadores e investigadora y como conclusión, se puede señalar que el proceso investigativo logró su propósito general.
