The associated file is JAGS code for a Cormack-Jolly-Seber model using a state-space formulation with covariates and a random time effect. The code is not entirely novel and was adapted from the Kery and Shaub (2012) and Kery and Royle (2021) texts. Please email Dr. Robert Mollenhauer at rmollenh@gmail.com with any questions. The code was used for a paper published in Ecosphere ("Long-term apparent survival of a cold-stunned subpopulation of juvenile green turtles).
