Experiencias de formación permanente en docentes del nivel secundario

Abstract

Las exigencias sociales refieren la formación permanente del profesorado como un elemento prioritario para mejorar el desempeño docente y transformar su práctica. Desde esta premisa se realiza una investigación, con el objetivo de caracterizar las experiencias de formación permanente en docentes del nivel secundario, paradigma cualitativo y diseño de campo. Los resultados se organizan en cuatro categorías: a) formación institucional: caracterizada por ser directiva, asociada con la práctica. Se identifican los grupos pedagógicos, jornadas de formación y necesidades emergentes; b) actividades formales: vinculadas a la práctica, procesos pedagógicos y motivación del docente. Se clasifican en libres y vinculantes; c) formación de postgrado: relacionadas con las universidades, surgen de la motivación y dirigidas al fortalecimiento del aprendizaje. Se dividen en áreas de ejercicio o de carácter general y, d) autoformación: caracterizada por la autonomía y su carácter personal. Relacionada con la investigación y redes de apoyo.
