ISSUES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR NON-ENFORCEMENT OF A JUDICIAL ACT IN THE CRIMINAL LAW OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract

This article deals with the issues of criminal liability for non-execution of a judicial act in the Criminal Code of foreign countries. Also, as a result of the analysis of the article, the author made relevant suggestions and recommendations to improve the norm of criminal liability for non-execution of a judicial document in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
